Pager

Privacy Policy

Pager is designed to bring private messaging to Apple Watch while keeping data handling focused and transparent.

1. Local and encrypted data

Pager synchronizes the data needed for the Watch experience through the iPhone companion. Synchronized data is encrypted and stored locally on your iPhone. The Watch keeps only the local data it needs to display recent content.

2. Private conversations

Pager does not access, read, or sell the content of your private conversations. It does not operate a separate server for storing your messages or media.

3. Connected services

Pager connects to compatible private messaging infrastructure implementing the Signal Protocol. Your use of those services is also governed by the policies of the service provider you choose.

4. Apple Watch and iPhone permissions

Some features use Apple Watch connectivity, the Watch microphone and speaker, and the iPhone companion. Permissions are requested only when needed for the feature you choose to use.

5. Support

For privacy questions, contact us through the support address listed on this website. Pager is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Signal Messenger LLC, Apple, or any other third party.

Updates

We may update this policy as Pager changes. The date above shows the latest revision.
